Questions, answered
Which link can I use?
Any web link that starts with https:// — your Google review link, Yelp, Facebook, your website or your menu. We program the link you enter when you order.
How do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, tap “Ask for reviews” and copy the link. It usually looks like https://g.page/r/…/review.
Do my customers need an app?
No. iPhone XS and newer read the card with a tap. On Android, NFC has to be turned on in Settings.
How do the Wi-Fi cards work?
We put your guest network name and password in a QR code on the card and program them on the NFC chip. iPhones connect by scanning the QR code with the camera (iPhones can’t join Wi-Fi from an NFC tap). Android phones can tap the card or scan the code. You can also choose to print the network name and password on the card.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. Use the free NFC Tools app (App Store and Google Play) to write a new link whenever you need to. Don’t use the app’s “lock” option, or the link can never be changed again.
How long does it take?
Every card is made to order. Ready-made review designs: printed, programmed and shipped in 5–7 business days. Wi-Fi cards and custom logo cards: allow 7–10 business days before shipping.
What if you can’t make my custom design?
If your logo can’t be printed well on the black card, we contact you. If we still can’t make it, we refund your order in full.
Can I see examples of custom cards?

What logo file should I send?
A PNG, JPG or SVG, as large and sharp as possible. Logos with a transparent background work best. You can add notes about colors or text in the order form.
Will it work on a metal counter?
No. Metal blocks NFC. Keep the card on wood, glass, plastic or stone, or in a holder.
How should I ask for reviews?
Keep it simple, for example: “Enjoyed your visit? We’d love an honest review — just tap here.” Don’t offer rewards in exchange for reviews; Google doesn’t allow incentivized reviews.
